However, I would like to clarify something important for everyone reading this review: As estate agents, we naturally have a duty to inform every owner fully and transparently about all available offers, including higher purchase price offers. We have also done this in this case. The seller's decision to choose your family was ultimately his personal and free choice. He made a conscious decision to give a young family the same opportunities that he once gave his own children. That deserves great respect.

This shows that real estate transactions are ultimately between people. The purchase price is important, but it is not always the only thing that counts. As estate agents, it is our job to accompany both sides honestly and to understand the story behind a property.

Incidentally, Plagwitz is one of the liveliest locations in Leipzig. Condominiums there currently fetch an average of around 3,124 euros per square meter, with a year-on-year price increase of around 5.4 percent. A very good decision for your family!

B&M represented me for the sale of my apartment and Mr. Voigt took charge and with support from his team covered the entire transaction from listing to finalizing the sale and the handover of the apartment to the new owner end-to-end. There was an extensive consultation process, price finding discussions, well-planned marketing activities as well as reliable updates and alignments during the sales process. No other real estate agent (Makler) managed to generate as much interest and as many viewings as B&M. Access to Herrn Voigt and the team was excellent, and communications were responsive (within reason), typically within a few hours or the same day. A great choice for sellers or buyers.
