Pretty much the only alternative to the E-Postbrief at the time. First they discontinued fax and then E-Post completely.

What bothers me here bissel, you have to deposit money to be able to send with the created account-that was better with E-Postbrief direct debit authorization issued and good was it.But no matter, just can not be otherwise.You have to pick up then ebene all the confirmation times and assign the files.That's fine.There is another provider, EBrief or so, but they always have bugs.

So except for the payment function top thing.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased that you like our letter service. We offer easy payment of an order without registration - at best you should keep the confirmations for assignment.

However, if you send letters frequently, you do not have to put up with umpteen confirmations and mails, you can use the credit account for this purpose. Then letters are sent immediately, there is an overview of the sent letters including status and a summarized invoice once a month. We currently do not offer payment by direct debit.

I would have liked to receive an email when the letter is sent or the status at the post office (when it is delivered) changes. Otherwise I find BriefKlick absolutely practical and will use it again and recommend it.

Much simpler than competitor, so my first choice.
API looks very good, even if I personally will not use it.

Initially wanted to pay by bank transfer, but the QR code was not displayed.
This was blocked by my AdBlocker, as it was embedded by Google.
After manual input was no instant bank transfer possible (from N26).

But all in all very good, I'll definitely use again

I accidentally came across Briefklick. I had to send a registered letter quickly the other day and was looking for an easy way to do it online. There it worked even without registration, went quickly and the arrival of the letter I could track at Deutsche Post.
