Brinkmann Pflegevermittlung helped us quickly and competently in a difficult situation and still provided us with a reliable caregiver in such a difficult time now (Corona, just before Christmas).
On the whole, we are satisfied. A big disadvantage, however, is that the nursing staff all speak very poor German and none of the Brinkmann employees speak Polish. Unfortunately, one does not receive any help when communication problems arise.
Good advice, very sensitive, our wishes regarding care and nursing staff were taken and implemented with a lot of heart and commitment.
Questions or problems were addressed immediately, a phone call was enough.
