Since we travel mostly by bus, we prefer the company Bröskamp. The customer service before and the execution with the respective drivers is simply very good. In the meantime we know one or the other driver and are looking forward to travel with him again. We are planning further trips with Bröskamp Touristik International.

The bus driver took very good care of all guests. When boarding and disembarking from the ferries, there was sometimes a heavy crowd. Other bus drivers, who were also on the ferries, had small company flags with a telescopic pole for better recognition; they held up the flags when boarding and disembarking. This was helpful, especially for the older ones who were a bit slower.
Maybe think about introducing something like that on these types of trips.

The hotel was good, especially the breakfast and buffet style dinner, were
very good.

Great organization, everything worked out great. the bus rides with a super nice bus driver, hotel was top, the guide was very competent, all in all a great trip.
Praiseworthy was also the every evening use of the bus driver.... the rain dance in front of the hotel Pietsch.....and very successful!!!
