Customer service unfortunately only 4.5 stars, as I cannot say whether the business premises are fit for purpose, public transport is customer-friendly, parking is available or access is barrier-free.
This is also not decisive with regard to my ordered service.
More important to me is the contact via chat, and a timely response. Your answers have always helped me.

I am really very satisfied overall. For me personally, longer business hours (direction in the evening) would still be the icing on the cake. But that's simply because I run my blog part-time and therefore have no time during the day at normal business hours.
I have had a very positive experience with WP Space due to the fast and competent support, as well as the friendly contact persons who help you in a solution-oriented manner. They work with passion and focus completely on the customer.

As a new customer, I had questions about the security of my website. Because this was classified as a security risk via the usual route. The friendly customer service representative Axel always responded in a timely manner and showed me another way to access my website without a security issue. From the beginning I was very satisfied with WPSpace. 14 days free trial, a great consultation, without trying to get the maximum profit out of the customer and very competent and timely solution to all questions and problems. Of course it costs a bit more than other hosting providers, but for that you also get a lot offered. For smaller webshops wirklih not exactly cheap, but for really fast hosting, high security and excellent customer support. After our experiences of the last 10 years with much cheaper WordPress hosting, it's worth the extra monthly investment.
