We sold our condominium in Freiburg through BRUMANI Immobilien and are very satisfied with this decision. We found the cooperation very pleasant and achieved a very good price for our apartment.
Mr. Bruns is a sales professional. Anyone who listens to him quickly realizes that he brings to his work not only sound marketing knowledge, but also impressive commitment, tact and flexibility. During the sales process, we dealt with a thoroughly likeable young team that proved reliable in communication and highly professional in all areas. All processes were well thought-out and well-rehearsed, and we felt that we were in good hands at all times. Since we were in a hurry, they were even able to set up everything necessary for the sale within a few days.
We thank BRUMANI for the good cooperation, which certainly saved us a lot of time and nerves and during which we were able to learn some exciting things ourselves. We are happy to recommend Mr. Bruns and his team.

Brumani, my angel!
Something like this in the real estate market has never happened to me before. Completely under stress, had already bought other property, had to sell my house in Freiburg. My bank tells me: 'come with us, we bridge you, one hand washes the other, fair or?
Then Brumani came and I, ... said yes.
Now it started: positive instruction, momentum, initiative, conviction.
Sale in 6 weeks.
Result: 75% more profit...
Under so much duress, the dream becomes true. Unheard of in Germany, almost illegal, but there is Brumani and they are fair and concerned and professional and educated and successful and really nice ... to the seller and buyer.
