In general, I am rather distrustful in contact with insurance brokers.
In my experience, Bruns Versicherungsmakler is an extremely positive exception here!
My first contact was almost two years ago. However, I have been in regular contact with them since then in connection with various insurance issues.
I can only agree with the other very positive reviews.
The team around Mr. Bruns is extremely friendly, professional and courteous!
Here the pure, fast profit aspect is not in the foreground. Quite the opposite! If, for reasons of a risk assessment, it is not possible to conclude a serious contract with an insurer, this is communicated in this way despite a great deal of time and effort invested.
I can only express my full thanks and hope to be able to make a small contribution to the great work with this evaluation!

Very competent and friendly advice. The change from GKV to PKV was a big and confusing hurdle for me at first, but through Bruns Versicherungsmakler everything went very easily and uncomplicated. In addition, you notice that they are interested in people and that the individual needs are in the foreground. Can only recommend it to everyone!

Mr. Bruns and his team deserve five stars in every category. I took out private health insurance through Mr. Bruns and his team and am very satisfied. They take a lot of time, discuss everything in detail and answer every (even too trivial) question. You can always turn to Mr. Bruns and his team. Everyone is very friendly and helpful - even after the umpteenth inquiry or change request. One is encouraged that one should only take out an insurance policy if the offer really corresponds to what one wants. One is neither pushed to a conclusion or a decision, nor does one hear the usual phrases with Mr. Bruns that other brokers or insurance agents like to use.
What is especially nice about Mr. Bruns and his team is that they are there to help you even after you have closed, giving you tips on how to deal with the insurance company and helping you submit bills, etc.
Mr. Bruns and his team are absolutely recommendable!

I would particularly like to emphasize that questions are answered very quickly and in detail both via e-mail and other channels, which gives me the feeling that I am not left alone with my problem. In addition, the advice via phone is very detailed and thorough, so that one gets a little light in the whole for me impenetrable area of health insurance. Furthermore, all employees (with whom I have had contact so far) are extremely friendly and courteous!
I would also like to thank them for the welcome gift, which was a nice and climate-neutral gesture that I was very happy about! - it was so to speak not a coffee mug that you put somewhere in the closet and disposed of after years when cleaning out without ever having used it.

Mr. Bruns & team are, without exception, very concerned and friendly, answer questions of any kind as fast as lightning and always think along. When I had a problem with an invoice after taking out the insurance, the team noticed it immediately and Mr. Bruns was able to present me with several proposed solutions in one conversation.
