Absolutely bad experience. Our system was partially installed on 29.11.22 (PV modules) and the electricity storage system on 31.08.23. So far (today 27.11.23) no productive system in operation. We objected to the invoice, reduced the invoice by 10% and continued to receive payment reminders 1-2. E-mails are not answered by BSH and we cannot get through to the right person on the phone. We are now taking legal action. To our dismay, we initially recommended BSH to acquaintances who had similar bad experiences.
We cannot recommend this company at present and cannot understand the positive reviews.
The installation of the PV system went smoothly overall, but the battery modules were only delivered several weeks after commissioning, although it was promised over the phone that the modules would be installed for commissioning. Nevertheless, the final invoice has already been issued, although it is suggested in the offer and when the contract is concluded that the payment term is 60 days from completion. As a customer, one assumes that "finished" does not mean half-finished.
The fact that Senec's battery modules are defective (only 70% charging capacity) is not BSH's fault, but the fact that they insist on 100% payment of the purchase price before the services from an agreement to compensate for the defective battery modules have been provided is. This kind of behavior ultimately leads to a negative overall impression.
Many thanks also to Mr. Petrak for the top cooperation and the installation team was also absolutely great. I wish everyone a great time and continued good cooperation. It was absolutely the right decision.

Unfortunately, the consultant did not inform me before the purchase that there are considerable difficulties with the SENEC storage tank. After a brief interruption in conditioning mode, the storage tank is at 70%. Unfortunately, there is no information from BSH regarding a solution to the problem. The availability of customer service is a disaster. Can only advise everyone against BSH and SENEC.
We were taken for a ride when we bought it and even after it was put into operation, no indication of the danger and unsuitability of the SENEC storage tank. Knowing full well since 2022, about the accidents and throttling with the storage tank of 50% and 70%, this unsuitable product has continued to be installed in accordance with the SENEC company, affecting approx. 63,000. Both companies coordinate in the processing of the unsuitable storage tanks and fool the customers together, as an internal letter between the companies proves. The promised function of BSH and SENEC guaranteed performance of our products "100% for 10 years" is unrealistic and leads to poor effectiveness of the systems.
We have decided to produce our own electricity. We made enquiries with various suppliers, including local electricity companies. Some of them didn't respond, and some of the prices just made us shake our heads.
And even though you shouldn't really believe any advertising on Instagram, I found BSH there.
We received a quick reply, our sales representative was also quick to respond and he developed our idea further in a targeted manner. That was really good. The offer was right and we signed the contract at the end of July. The system should be up and running by Christmas.
After 4 weeks, the site manager was already there. After 7 weeks, the installation planned for 2 days (due to size) was completed in 5.5 hours. This meant installing the modules, cables, storage system / inverter. The house connection including meter box and pot rail was ready in mid-October and the new meter arrived on November 2nd. Since then the system has been in operation and we generate our own electricity. A great feeling!!! ☀️

Conclusion: clear recommendation!!! Professionals at work with a well-coordinated team who know what they are doing. Professionally set up with experience from thousands of projects. I recommend them to others. It went perfectly for me!
The tradesmen carrying out the work are excellent. Good and clean work, done quickly and reliably. Service in the event of defects is a disaster. No support in questions of registration with the network operator and no feedback on complaints. Very disappointed when the tradesmen disappeared.
Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience. After the system was installed in mid-September, it was only possible to commission it on October 23rd. Unfortunately, this did not go as well as we would have expected. A service employee visited us three times and the batteries were replaced twice. The third battery was installed free of charge as the batteries are currently only charged to 70%. BSH is difficult to contact by phone. However, I have to say that they have always tried to get the system up and running - everything is running smoothly today and we are now satisfied. However, one point remains - the system could have supplied the house and charged the batteries as early as September, which another manufacturer did for our neighbor - BSH did not want to do this without any real justification - technically it would have been possible, but they wanted to wait for the meter to be replaced. As a result, we had to buy electricity from mid-September to mid-November even though the system was there. The question remains as to when the batteries can finally be charged to 100%?????
Nothing in written form, paperwork is not taken from you, you are supposed to know and fill in technical data that is foreign to you, too little is taken from you, so you recklessly scare away my age group, which, however, has a lot of purchasing power. Greetings Karl Auerochs
Our contact with BSH regarding the installation of a PV system on our roof went smoothly from the first consultation to the offer phase to the commissioning, we feel that our consultant Mr. Sonnenschein is absolutely competent and transparent and we are very much looking forward to the installation and operation of our own PV power supply. on 08.11.23 K.-D.
