No unexpected cost increases, it was settled what was offered.
Super fast and clean delivery and installation.
Available at all times and friendly, great support with tax, Anmledung, etc..
System incl. storage runs great.

Short list of what has gone wrong so far.
1. roof hooks of the substructure (roof tile not cut out correctly).
2. strings incorrectly connected to the inverters.
3. the app does not work properly, because the communication between the Fronius and
the Senec.Home V3 10.0 hybrid duo does not work. App only shows the yield from the V3 10.0 hybrid
duo and also does not recognize any home use.

Positives:
- Fast implementation
- Friendly employees

Negatives:
- Many problems with the implementation of the plant, more about that in a moment (examples: Missing parts during installation, roof leaking after installation, no power from one side of the system, loud noises "banging" from the roof since installation).

- Solar modules, rails and battery were not delivered on time, so the installers could not work on the first day of installation.

- Improper cable connections (quote from a BSH electrician during troubleshooting: "The cause was that the installation team connected the cables in a "Russian way" only with adhesive tape)

- After the first thunderstorm immediately after the installation of the photovoltaic system, there was water ingress on the roof. A complaint was made about this. A BSH fitter looked at the matter and then said "I don't see anything here, this is not coming from the photovoltaic system and if you complain about this again, then the deployment of a fitter must be paid extra". How likely is it that a roof is tight for decades and after the first thunderstorm after installation, the water runs down an interior wall and this then has nothing to do with the PV system?

- Completely contradictory statements (e.g. "Plant can be switched on immediately" <> "Plant must not be switched on under any circumstances").

- We noticed afterwards that there are small fragments of roof tiles lying all around our house since the installation, which seem to have been simply thrown off the roof by the installation team.

- Almost two months passed between completion of the installation and commissioning of the system, because the BSH team only agreed a date for commissioning with the grid operator after multiple requests by the grid operator and by ourselves.

- Although we pointed out our tax situation during the consultation (employed + small business on the side), we were promised several times that it would not be a problem and that we could have the input tax completely refunded by the tax office. In retrospect, it turned out that this is not possible if you already have a small business and we can not exactly refund anything.

- We were also told during the consultation that BSH offers an all-round carefree package and that BSH takes care of everything (registration with the Market Data Register, business registration, etc.). In principle, however, BSH only provides instructions and in the end you actually do most of it yourself.

Conclusion:
Overall, I am glad that the system is finally up and running and that everything worked out relatively quickly. However, from my point of view, the provider unfortunately did not live up to the promise made during the consultation: "We may not be the cheapest, but we take care of everything and deliver top quality. In the end, we had to do a lot of the work ourselves, and there were many problems, from missing parts and improper cable connections to water ingress on the roof after the system was installed. If we had known this beforehand, we would have chosen a different provider.

In case of queries, it would be nice to reach the right contact person with telephone number right away. Hence my suggestion to publish the contact persons with telephone numbers on the website. With the telephone number given, you rarely reach someone and then you are not referred further.

The first conversation - on site - with the sales representative Bernd Meier was possible within 2 days. Have quickly received the offer and the open questions were answered quickly. The installers who mounted the system on the roof worked very quickly, well and competently from 8 - 21:30 and left the site very clean. In sum: fast, competent handling with all-round service.
