Competent appearance of the employees; quick, clean and tidy installation; friendly and courteous employees (were also very grateful for the catering offered); good advice from the outset. Cleaned and tidied up their workplace very well; deadlines were always met and if it was not possible they contacted the customer immediately. Very good that you only have to pay the costs 60 days after commissioning the system

During the information/sales meeting, I was assured by your local sales consultant that I could repay the loan taken out for the purchase of the investment at any time free of charge by means of an unscheduled repayment. The loan you arranged with the Volks- und Raiffeisenbank can be repaid with a special repayment - but this is not free of charge!
This type of advice is not fair.

Advice and quotation, support throughout the project by H. Haas very good!!! Fitters were also very good for the most part. Appointment was 1x n.i.O.
Customers have already recruited customers 1x themselves 1x through H. Haas. I didn't get any feedback on the first customer referral?
The system has worked perfectly so far! Produces electricity for us every day. Storage tank is full every day, even in bad weather!!! I'm really satisfied all round, provided everything stays that way.

4. large systems are no problem for this company.
5. company BSH has a good IT system and handles projects in processes in a structured way!
Improvements:
1. the project took too long! 22. 03.2023 - 10.04.2024
2. the construction site was partly at a standstill for weeks!
10.11. Assembly of modules
20.02. Provisional commissioning
10.04. Final assembly and notification of completion
3. the specifications for the measurement concept and meter installation were drawn up by me
4. just when things were getting difficult, communication also broke down!
5. the project support could be a little more accessible.

No, only partially: at the beginning the wrong inverter was installed, after a tough telephone consultation it was removed and packed up again (the holes are still there).
Unfortunately, the first installation date had to be postponed due to weather conditions (although severe black ice was predicted, the postponement information came very late).
Then the Monday date was postponed again. And the best thing was that the assembly material was not available on the Monday date, another day wasted.
