Mrs. Jahn organized the office of my carpenter's workshop for me in the first year of my professional activity in 1999. I stood in front of 3 cabinets with colorful folders and asked myself: Where is the telecom contract?
In the meantime I run 3 companies and I am sure that I owe a very high saving in personnel costs to her advice.
Because 1. I learned from her back then (1999) how standards work. Genius.
2. we have no private files on the workstations - all data is stored in the central file plan.
3. the file plan is so simple that there is ZERO search time in my companies. Because all data is available to all users and of course all 3 companies are set up the same way.
4. in today's digital age I can assign individual user rights in the BOX (server is in Frankfurt) through the logical file tree. Of course, not everyone gets to see strategy, personnel and finances.
5. I was able to migrate from our old, defectively programmed Exchange Server (I never want to have such a thing again) directly into the BOX without any preliminary work with all data through the central file plan. All we had to do was upload our data, poof, we had digitized.
Your advice was one of the best investments in my career as a self-employed person.
Do I need to mention now that I recommend them?
