The courses are simply fun. They are challenging but also tailored to the individual.
The trainer explains the individual exercises to the group, but then focuses on each individual again when performing the exercises. This ensures that everyone performs the exercises correctly and at their own pace.
Questions can be asked at any time. Here, too, you can see the coach's expertise.
Ultimately, I feel that I am in very good hands here and can only recommend the team.

Relaxed atmosphere. An increase in performance was noticeable after just a few sessions. The 20-liter buckets of water have never been so "easy" to carry to the horses. 😉

The coaching from Lucas = Built to Peak has more or less opened my eyes.
It goes far beyond traditional methods and looks at people as a whole, which is something I hadn't quite seen before. It didn't just help me physically.
Thanks to Lucas' personal support and the tailored individual exercises, I have learned to overcome my limits and go beyond them. I've even started doing some endurance sports and would now say I've got the ambition to go jogging.
