When buying a property, in most cases there are necessary changes to be made to the building. As a layman, you quickly face the problem of finding the right contacts and companies. All the more in times of shortage of skilled workers. Burchardt-Immobilien can fall back on a large and above all reliable network of professional specialized companies of all trades and financiers. Particularly impressive is that to these specialized companies - owing to the switching by Burchardt real estates - partial in hours, at the longest however in some days contact is manufactured.
Furthermore, the communication (on all levels) with Burchardt-Immobilien can be described as EXCELLENT.

We sold our house with Burchardt Immobilien and were very satisfied with the service. Very competent advice, very reliable contact and very pleasant to work with. What we liked most was that everyone was always nice, friendly and courteous in their dealings and EVERYONE was in the know and able to provide information if there were any questions. Everything BEST! For us, the sale through Burchardt Immobilien was worth it, even if the brokerage price (commission) really hurts in the meantime.

With her calm, cordial manner, she accompanied me through the sales process.
When unexpected questions and difficulties arose, she acted competently, advised me honestly and we were able - also with the help of external experts - to come to an all-round satisfactory solution for everyone.
