Both Mr. Neumeister and Mr. Busch advised us in a friendly, competent and honest manner. Especially honesty has been a rarity from previous experience with other brokers.

My husband and I bought an apartment in Berlin, which we discovered on Immobilienscout. Our contact person was Mr. Busch from Schröder & Busch Immobilien GmbH. Since the company is located in Leipzig, but we live in Berlin, we communicated with Mr. Busch exclusively via email and telephone. This worked very well! Mr. Busch was available at all times (even on weekends), always answered emails promptly or called back. Very friendly contact, we felt well advised, Mr. Busch also gave many tips.

Since we did not have to visit Mr. Busch's business premises and therefore did not get to know them, we have indicated these ratings as neutral. Mr. Busch was the perfect contact person on site for all matters concerning the property, so we did not need to be there in person for the sale. That was a very big plus!
