Wir haben unseren neuen Drucker bei Faktor X gekauft. Es handelt sich um generalüberholtes Gerät, mit dem wir einen super Supportvertrag abgeschlossen haben. Der Drucker sieht aus wie neu, man sieht ihm überhaupt nicht an, dass er bereits im Einsatz war. Vom allerersten Kontakt über die Vertragsdetails bishin zur finalen Einrichtung fühlen wir uns von Faktor X ausgezeichnet betreut. Wir können jeden einzelnen Mitarbeitenden uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden auch künftig in dem bereich gern mit der Firma zusammenarbeiten.

Our experiences with Mr. Leu as a consultant are very pleasant.
We are not quite as satisfied with the customer service.
Or rather with the ordering of defective parts.
There should be an express delivery for this, because it should not happen that the printer cannot be used in a company for 5 days because a part takes so long to be delivered.
