We would like to write down our positive experiences, because we know how important this is for medium-sized companies.
We ourselves have been looking for a simple, understandable solution for our employees in the company pension scheme for quite some time. A simple, comprehensible solution was and is important for us as company owners and for our employees, after all, we didn't want to have the umpteenth insurance and also not have an undefined risk again - as we were unfortunately allowed to experience with our past solution via an insurance or pension fund (we didn't want to believe this at the initial meeting in 2017 and dismissed this as doom and gloom - unfortunately far from it!).
What ultimately convinced us was the fact that Mr. Höntzsch neutrally recorded and evaluated the current status, showed us the possible problems as well as possible solutions. Yes, it cost money, but this is well invested - at least from our point of view!
>Tip on the side - who does not want to believe it, should write to his own insurance companies, as we did. The answers from our three insurance companies - a public insurance provider, a pension fund and an insurer through its own provident fund - were very informative. No liability, my ass! If one wants this in writing, then suddenly nobody knows anything more of it and one asks then with the manager protection insurance, which protects wrong decisions and is even with the same insurance, then one gets fear, because that probably does not always carry out with negligence also. As I said, we didn't want to believe it either, but in the end only what is written down and confirmed counts. We would like to warn everyone here not to make the same mistake and listen to the "dear, appeasing words".<
In any case, we have now introduced the "company pension savings book concept" in December 2019 and presented the solution to our employees, better Mr. Höntzsch.
In the follow-up, we received feedback from our employees that they have now understood for the first time that the company pension plan works like a "savings book", is also so simple and yet brings them more benefits than they thought. It is accepted and also perceived as an appreciative service from us to our employees.
Practice and ongoing support will now show how the company pension scheme establishes itself in our company. However, we are very confident and can only warmly recommend Mr. Höntzsch.
