A long distance travel from a small village near Heilbronn to the Frankfurt airport. Concerned by nature as it was an early morning departure and my first time using Cabride, but the communication from initial inquiry to the time of pick up was reassuring all was well and Sam arrived on time. Thank you Sam you are a professional driver, helpful, kind and friendly. It was lovely to hear more about the cultures and your experiences during our ride.. The time with you went by quickly, no time left for worrying. We were arrived 5 mins earlier than expected too. We needed to get from Frankfurt to Nuremberg for a trade fair and had originally purchased a train ticket for the return trip. The day before we arrived in Germany we were informed there was a national train strike in so our only option was to book a cab. I found Cab Ride on Google and was super impressed with how quickly they responded with a price and their communication throughout was excellent. Our driver Ali was really friendly, professional and communicated well with us on locations and pick up times. I would absolutely recommend Cab Ride - a real 5* service.

I travelled in this Cabride on 28th Dec. Customer service is very good. Owner of company personally picked me. It was really nice of him. Van was very clean and neat. Thats why I am giving him and his company 5 stars in all categories. Great and I will travel next time with this company again.
