We had the pleasure of visiting Grand Bahama Island recently and our stay in Freeport was simply incredible. The main reason for our trip was the real estate investment with Hanno and Christoph, and thanks to them the experience was unforgettable.

Hanno and Christoph are two fantastic guys who showed us around the area. Not only were they extremely friendly and accommodating, but also very knowledgeable and passionate about the island and all its treasures.

We were particularly impressed by the tour of the real estate investments, especially the building plots on the shore. These were simply brilliant - the views of the glistening water and surrounding nature were breathtaking. It was the perfect blend of natural beauty and peaceful tranquillity that convinced us that investing here was the right decision.

Thanks to Hanno and Christoph, our trip was not only informative but also extremely enjoyable. We can highly recommend a visit to Grand Bahama Island and especially Freeport. With these two as your guides, your stay will certainly be as unforgettable as ours!

Neben einer sehr herzlichen und persönlichen Betreuung, kann ich vor allem die äußerst seriöse und verbindliche Art der gesamten Abwicklung unseres Immobilienprojekts hervorheben. Nach einigen negativen Erlebnissen an anderer Stelle war das eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Vor allem die tatkräftige Unterstützung im Umgang mit den lokalen Behörden und die umfangreiche Hilfestellung bei vielen das Projekt begleitenden kleineren Dingen (Gartenbau, Hausinstallationen etc.) waren eine große Hilfe.

Meine Frau und ich können Christoph Albeck und Hanno Strack jedem aller wärmsten weiterempfehlen, der auf Mallorca einen Immobilienerwerb plant und umsetzen möchte. Ihre langjährige Erfahrung auf diesem Gebiet, ihr gutes Netzwerk, ihre Kompetenz in Bau, Finanzierung und Kaufabwicklung haben trotz der Schwierigkeiten durch Corona unseren Hauskauf zu einem extrem positiven Erlebnis werden lassen. Wer auf Mallorca oder in Spanien eine Immobilie kauft, sollte wissen, dass nicht alles immer so reibungslos läuft und an manch einer Stelle Geduld oder Gelassenheit gefragt ist. Mit der vorgefundenen Kompetenz von Cala Pi Homes hat man aber jederzeit das Gefühl, dass man sehr gut aufgehoben ist. Probleme werden kommuniziert, angegangen und gelöst.

Trotz meiner Erfahrung würde ich zu keiner Zeit auf die Unterstützung von Herrn Albeck verzichten wollen, welcher auf Grund seines Netzwerkes und der Nähe zum Markt eine unverzichtbare Stütze meines Immobilenengagements geworden ist. Vor allem bei dem Thema Finanzierung sollte man sich hier unabhängig beraten lassen.

Nach nun drei sehr erfolgreichen Projekten werde ich weiterhin auf Cala Pi Homes vertrauen. An dieser Stelle: Lieben Dank

Wir waren mit Christoph Albecks Unterstützung und Engagement im Zusammenhang mit unserem Grundstückskauf sehr zufrieden. Er arbeitet sehr zuverlässig und professionell.
Dadurch, dass der Grundstückskauf auf Mallorca für uns "Neuland" war, wäre die gesamte Kaufabwicklung ohne Christoph Albeck nicht so reibungslos verlaufen.

Ohne Christioph Albeck wäre unser Traum vom Haus in Spanien sicher ein Albtraum geworden.
