I ended up at Camper4You indirectly via an online brokerage platform... I was poorly informed, so I didn't book there directly.

Nevertheless, Christoph was very professional, friendly and open in the conversations.
The handover was great, everything was well explained.
The vehicle was brilliant, new model with only 7tkm.

Even minor damage (scratches) was dealt with in a friendly manner.

Thank you, Christoph and team, for the great service!

All in all, very good! Unfortunately, the rental company had not refilled the AdBlue and the windshield wiper fluid. Nothing bad but annoying! In addition, a stand on the awning was defective, I suspect the landlord was too afraid to report it! Well, no big deal, I made a makeshift repair and reported it by phone to Christoph (manager and owner). He immediately asked if I needed spare parts and took good care of me, great 👍🏻 We can recommend CamperForYou with a clear conscience!

We had a problem with our Truma gas heater on April 16, 2024. Drove to the branch in Ravensburg without an appointment. Employee (Keckeisen) immediately took the time to advise us and solved our problem. Great service and very friendly staff. This is how I would like a camper service to be.

Drove to the Festival of Lights in Ravensburg with the motorhome on 29. 2.2024. The heating didn't start. While we were turned away by three other service companies within a radius of 20 km, we were told "We're not turning anyone away, come by and I'll take a look. After 10 minutes, the fault was found and the heating was working again. We are now looking forward to the Festival of Lights without freezing. Many thanks again. That's customer friendliness.
