I came to Carat with an order to make a unique piece. I didn't have any very concrete ideas yet, rather a feeling or a vague idea. It was a very nice, human consultation with a lot of time, and together we creatively developed my wishes into feasible ideas. The consultation was extremely constructive and focused throughout, objections very kindly formulated and well reasoned. In the end, beautiful designs came out of it, and the final product is absolutely convincing. Above all, it was incredibly fast; from order to pickup was only 3-4 weeks. I am thrilled.

For my daughter's confirmation, I wanted to give her a special gift and had the idea to have a ring forged from an amethyst I already had with me. Udo Reimann advised me professionally and sorted my entire stock of gemstones with great skill and expertise.

In the end, a great, lasting memory was created, a delicate white gold ring with a set oval amethyst. Very pretty and definitely something for young teenage hands. I am very satisfied and will definitely seek out Mr. Reimann again soon.

Particularly noteworthy is the competent and very pleasant advice from Mr. Reimann. He not only has creative solutions in mind, but also has the right stone to offer for each solution. It is difficult to decide on just one combination.
All in all, it was a pleasure to be advised by Mr. Reimann. And I will always be happy to go to Carat in Theatergasse, as long as "Corona" is available again.
