I found it very fascinating and interesting what images from my past came up during the hypno session. I was also deeply impressed by the power of words and imagination. I was very emotionally moved almost from the beginning, which I had not expected. After the session I was exhausted but also felt a sense of inner peace. I was looking forward to the audio file and listen to it almost every night before I go to sleep. I am very balanced in the morning after waking up and actually always in a positive mood, which I attribute to listening to the file. During the day, I rarely feel ravenous hunger and hardly ever have a strong desire for sweets.

Carolin has helped me tremendously to recover from my postpartum depression.
For months I haven't been able fall asleep even when my baby was finally in bed. I suffered anxiety attacks constantly, had insomnia and I was physically and mentally in a very bad state. It eventually became unbearable, so I sarted taking prescribed medication to sleep and relax. However, during the last weeks I've adjusted the medication and I'll probably won't need it in a near future.

Carolin and I met several times; she made sure that she really knew me and my concerns and I always felt that she was extremely well prepared and informed for the sessions. Carolin was very empathetic, warm, understanding and caring, and she made sure that I understood what was going to happen at every moment. She guided me in German during the hypnosis, but I could use my mother tongue (Spanish) in some situations when I found it necessary. That was extremely helpful!

I would never have suspected that hypnosis could be so effective! And that I can walk freely again a few weeks after a stroke with hemiplegia.

After a stroke, I was able to experience the power of hypnosis - not only in the session itself, but also through the hypnotic audio recording, which Carolin tailored to my personal needs with great attention to detail. Thanks to her appealing choice of words and concrete suggestions, my paralyzed left arm miraculously moved again through repeated listening to her recording, which even amazed my therapists at the rehab facility. My left leg also tried to go down the imaginary stairs repeatedly each time I listened to the hypnotic recording, which meant that I could actually perform the movement a little later because I had already mentally "trained" it.


Thus, by regularly listening to the hypnotic recording, I managed to switch from the wheelchair to the walker within a short period of time, and eventually walk completely freely again a little later! In the meantime, I am able to take long walks again without any problems and even drive a car on my own again - something that seemed unimaginable to me just a short time ago. The regaining of my freedom of movement could be specifically supported and accelerated by the hypnotic work complementary to physiotherapy. I consider Carolin to be very competent and professional and can highly recommend working with her.

I would like to thank Carolin very much for her help! I went to her to solve my money blocks. Already at the get-to-know-me phone call I found her super sympathetic. She has a lot of patience and she understood my frustration and need very quickly and very well. During the session I could trust her completely and under her support I went into a deep trance where I "relived" a few scenes in my past, but with much more understanding and clarity.
