Kyle and his crew helped my wife and me when we broke down on the side of the road by his business yesterday. His team picked up a new serpentine belt for my car and even installed it for us right there. Other than compensation for the part, he didn't even ask for anything from us. I don't know if I'll need his company's services any time soon, but I would recommend him to anyone who does. Kyle and his team are a credit to their community. I can tell by how they treated us that they have an outstanding company culture, and they're the kind of people I would want to do business with in the future.

Carolina Dozer did an excellent job for us at a retail shopping center in Watauga County. During the project, they gave great updates, communicated well, and were always willing to help. Additionally, Kyle and his team were great at coming up with innovative ideas to mitigate the challenges that arose.

Carolina Dozer headed up by Kyle and his fantastic team made short work of what Helene dumped on us. In a few days 18 dump loads were taken away and they graded away from the house, and added new drainage. Kyle and his team went over and above what we expected and the price was better than our other quotes. Carolina Dozer… Digging you out since 2015. 5 Star all the way.

In July 2025, Kyle Michaud met with Russ Suddeth, (co-founder of J. Raymond Construction based in Longwood, Florida). As a neighbor and friend, Russ offered his experience and his business connections to try and help us move forward with a plan to restore and stabilize our mountain property and home in West Jefferson, NC which had been severely damaged by a massive landslide during the 2024 Hurricane Helene storm. Russ researched and discussed our situation with three different companies, but Kyle Michaud and the Carolina Dozer company impressed him with their willingness to take on this HUGE project with an "out of the box" problem solving initiative. A structural engineer and geotechnical engineers were needed to help design and make recommendations for the work to be done. Kyle and employees of Carolina Dozer actively participated to implement the designed work and were excellent team players throughout this whole process of restoration. It's now April 2026, and we are almost to the finish line with the restoration project completed because of the excellent and committed employees of Carolina Dozer and Kyle Michaud. It would take way too may paragraphs to share all the many unknown challenges that were faced, tackled, and conquered during these last 10 months. Not once did we experience a negative attitude, or a feeling that a solution couldn't be found when complications surfaced during the work. We were amazed and so grateful for their consistent willingness to keep moving forward with our project with faithful committed time, and high quality work even during the cold, windy winter months. Kyle was always willing to answer questions, come to the worksite if needed, and kept us consistently "in the loop" about next steps and the timeline for completing each step of the restoration project. Every team member who came to work on our project was helpful and competent to do the work. We knew that even if we weren't able to be present at home while they worked, they would do their best effort to complete the work that they had been assigned to do. We are truly thanking God for Kyle Michaud and the Carolina Dozer Team. They were a blessing to us and we are grateful for their dedication and commitment to finishing well what looked like to us such a hopeless situation until they and Russ Suddeth came to our "rescue".
