A real estate agent extraordinaire. Actually, real estate agent is the wrong term.
I have been working exclusively and only with realtors for a little over 2 years now. While working together, I immediately notice any differences. There are few realtors who have internalized service the way Carrie does. She uses everything humanly possible to make the owner and the buyer, happy. Any challenge is met and solved. Every person gets a chance with her. Her speed of implementation is incredible. The success in the first year is hard to believe. Carrie is well on her way to taking the brokerage business to a new level. If an owner or buyer wants to work with her, they can count on her. Do I recommend her to others? Absolutely. If you have a choice to work with her or someone else - you will regret not using Carrie's services.

Dear real estate buyers and sellers, in Carrie you have a REAL dedicated realtor on board.
She is constantly striving to support both sides and share the sense of accomplishment between all parties. Carrie is always available. She prepares her documents in a way that generates genuine interest, which in our case also led to closing. She provides free assistance with regulatory issues. She has a well established network with which a fair market price can be determined. Carrie is committed from the first minute, she also prepares the notary appointment and accompanies all steps herself. (such as appraisers, viewings, selection of suitable interested parties, credit checks, etc.).
We can highly recommend Carrie. Here you are at the RIGHT address.

From the conclusion of the brokerage contract to the notarial signing of the purchase contract, just 34 days passed. The purchase price recommended by Mrs. Breddin was achieved.

Carrie Breddin is incredible. She works insanely reliable and faster than you could have imagined in your wildest dreams.
She searched self-sufficiently for us with few key data and thus found our dream property. She made it possible for us to visit the property on the same day and provided us with all the necessary documents directly afterwards. She also advised us on the financing planning and made contacts. Always reliable, always available, always discreet - never pushy. It was really an insanely pleasant experience, after we had already been in contact with other Marklers in the north of Berlin and had never been reliably accompanied.

Carrie is really to be recommended wholeheartedly, she is insane.
