I was initially very satisfied with the friendly and calm assessment. They also really took time for my consultation and also for queries. The tiles also looked exactly as I imagined them. And I am very critical there, since I myself have an artistic streak. Unfortunately, I myself had no idea at the time how maintenance-requiring cement tiles are. Otherwise, I would have strongly considered laying tiles in the entryway/hallway, of all places, that still needed to be treated and are generally highly susceptible, especially during a construction phase when we had workers and dirt all over the house. Unfortunately, they also now already have stains that I can no longer remove, which is why after only a year I have already put a tile-look vinyl carpet in the middle. In this regard, of course, I could have inquired myself, but we had at that time the whole house redeveloped and renovated, which is why I could not deal with all the issues more intensively as a loan. In this regard, I would have wished already in the consultation, therefore, in retrospect. Because now I have beautiful tiles, but I'm just afraid to mess them up further.
