I had the good fortune to get to know Ms. Schareck as part of the Public Administration training program. I found this training on the topic of leadership incredibly profitable in terms of content and was infected by Ms. Schareck's enthusiasm and communicative manner. The course took place via video conference due to corona. I would never have thought that such a theoretical topic could be presented in such a lively, interesting and, above all, sustainable way.
