Due to the size of the practice and the increasing number of patients, there was an increasing need for MFAs.
Since no suitable MFAs could be found through the "old", classic application measures, I was initially extremely skeptical as to whether and how Fengler Consulting would be able to find any applicants at all and, moreover, whether they would be able to find suitable applicants for my specific field (pediatrician with a focus on children and adults with congenital heart defects).
After the start of the campaign, nothing happened for the first 2 weeks (at least that's what I thought), but after that, applications started to come in continuously. Unfortunately, most of these applicants did not really fit into my specific practice requirement profile at the beginning. But after feedback to Fengler Consulting, the suitable applicants for my special field could finally be found by adapting the applicant profile. The problem-free communication with Fengler Consulting (both with the individual employees and with Mr. Fengler himself), which was always possible at short notice, is particularly positive.
What was probably particularly helpful in this campaign was the practical video created by Fengler Consulting before the campaign began. Not only me and my team found this video very successful and the practice and the employees very well and positively presented in it, but for the majority of the applicants the video was one of the main reasons to apply in my practice.
Looking back, I am very glad that I decided to work with Fengler Consulting. Although it took a lot of time (preparation for the campaign such as photos of the practice, statements from employees, creation of the video, phone calls, interviews, job shadowing), especially due to the high number of applicants, I was able to attract excellent employees. I have extended the cooperation, because with the competent support of Chris Fengler and his team I would now like to find suitable trainees for the practice for my special profile.
I can only encourage every colleague who, like me at the time, is still considering whether it is the right thing to do: Do it. It works.
