As a large radiology-nuclear medicine practice with hospital connections, we are currently under enormous cost pressure, especially in an environment where revenues are tending to fall. The increasing shortage of MTRAs (and in some cases MFAs) has therefore come at an inopportune time for us in recent years. In 2021 alone, we lost 6 employees, partly due to aggressive poaching, and had to significantly reduce services at one CT and one MRI due to the staff shortage, which led to a significant drop in revenue. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to recruit staff via conventional advertisements, Chris Fengler was brought to our attention by well-known dentists. To our own amazement, we were able to solve our staffing problem within a year. Only a few weeks after the start of the campaign, but even more so after the release of the recruiting video, we suddenly received interesting applications, partly from the Bremen area, but also from the rest of Germany. The feeling of once again being able to choose an employee and not the other way around seemed almost forgotten... The cooperation was always very structured, extremely nice and Mr. Fengler and his team took the time to respond to our specific questions and ideas.
