I was with you yesterday at the lecture at the Buck and found it very informative and exciting. You have a pleasant voice and a natural way of presenting. The tips are "suitable for everyday life" and implementable. I also found it positive that we were able to work in groups and that there was an active question/exchange session at the end. Janine

Christelle Schläpfer has broken down her expertise on the topic "Setting limits - giving space" excellently into 2h. There was room for theory on the human brain as well as practical assignments for parents and teachers, which the audience enjoyed. The evening was extremely varied and informative. Christelle visualized the contents with many pictures, metaphors and graphs, which made the most important points really burn into the brain. We will certainly all benefit sustainably and try to implement the inputs already now.

I was allowed to meet Christelle at a parent lecture and was immediately inspired by her work and her attitude. I knew immediately that I had to attend her further training on bullying and cyberbullying. Then the continuing education completely confirmed it for me! I felt very uncomfortable with these topics earlier as an SSA and didn't really know how to approach them. The training took away this fear and Christelle was able to give me a lot of tips with her calm and thoughtful manner.
I can also highly recommend her lectures for parents. I organized a parent lecture on these topics at our high school, which Christelle gave. I received only positive feedback from parents, teachers and the school administration.

There are few places for parents to turn when it comes to bullying. Christelle Schläpfer fills a gap here. She is extremely competent and helpful. She is able to change perspectives and point out what is needed. For us as a school, she is a very welcome contact person in an area where we largely lack experience.

As a family, we benefited greatly from Ms. Schläpfer's advice. She is an expert in the field of bullying and has easy-to-implement strategies for action, which the affected young people and parents often lack. Thus, we as parents and also our child were able to counteract the powerlessness and find a constructive way out of the difficult situation.

The consultation worked great online, which we consider another advantage of this offer, especially to get young people on board in the first place. Ms. Schläpfer also showed herself to be very flexible in terms of time.

The prices are fair and the money very well invested.

Christelle Schläpfer and her counseling are characterized by empathy, understanding, respect and professionalism. In my personal case, the counseling and contact helped me extremely, because you often can't get out of your own perspectives. She understands how to address individual concerns with great sensitivity. Ms. Schläpfer's counseling in a bullying situation was very competent and, above all, timely, which is important when things are "on fire". I myself learned a lot and was able to expand my repertoire of actions. Thus I became capable of acting again in the first place. In retrospect, I am almost amazed at how easy it was to implement a major improvement/resolution of the conflict.
I can only recommend Ms. Schläpfer's counseling in bullying situations to all parties involved (teachers, parents, school administrators).
