The coaching with Christian was very helpful for me in many ways. He opened up new perspectives for me and gave me specific mental tools that helped me to deal better with certain fears and challenges. I found the individual advice tailored to my particular situation particularly great. Christian is not someone who simply reels off a program, but listens carefully and acts spontaneously to address current concerns.

I was looking for a support and good tips for my work. I have challenging days and very often had the feeling of having no strength left. While looking for coaching, I came across Christian. After the first conversation I was satisfied and wanted to continue working with Christian. I really enjoyed talking to a person who understands me very well and can understand everything very well. In addition, you get really good tips that you can integrate well into everyday life without feeling under pressure.
If I needed coaching again, I would immediately make another appointment with Christian. I can personally highly recommend!
