Christin has managed to make me understand myself better in a wonderfully empathetic way. That I can sense which emotions are coming up and, above all, that I can communicate them. I can absolutely recommend her 1:1. Having such a personal cheerleader who is honest, genuine and emotionally happy with me about my progress and development is an absolute enrichment. It still totally blows my mind how much is possible in three months: I am even more self-confident, take the space I need, celebrate myself and let others celebrate me too. I feel my body and my needs much better, recognize my limits and have become much more gracious and gentle with myself. Christin brings sensuality, lightness and lustful life into everyday life, absolute queen!

The topic of sexuality is a very private one and I felt very well looked after and protected by Christin and was able to open up and trust her.
In 1:1 coaching, I got to know the topic of lust in a new way and Christin accompanied me on an exciting, unknown path that I can now continue on. I am very happy about the treasures I was able to discover, such as more self-love, more lust and feeling sexual energy and lust and sexuality has become an important topic in my life again thanks to the coaching with Christin.

It was a very interesting trip! In which I was able to learn a lot about myself. I was very surprised that during the process I perceived a quality of my own inherent touchability, which I was later able to experience as powerful. And if you are brave enough, this course can reveal deep issues that need to be addressed. Thank you for this great experience and the fantastic support. Especially her authentic nature stood out and her incredibly wonderful and perhaps somewhat (lovingly meant) chaotic energy and sensitivity.

Christin's group coaching was such a wonderful experience. I took away so much more than I expected. There were so many healing moments, I am now much more mindful of myself, I can feel and communicate much better what I need, what gives me pleasure and where my limits are. I have shed so much shame and learned to integrate pleasure into my life. My pleasure repertoire has expanded significantly and I can feel the pleasurable energy spreading into other areas of my life. It's a shame that the group program is now over, I would like to continue it for much longer.

The course with Christin was amazing! A shared immersion into a new, self-determined world of female pleasure and sensuality. I gained a new, loving approach and more awareness of my body and my sexuality. Being together with the other women was particularly inspiring. Since then, I have been more relaxed during sex, have learned to let go and experience pleasure together with my partner in a new way.

Christin's yoga class combines everything (sport, relaxation (mental and physical) and a good mood) that you need during the week but never find the time for. No matter how stressful the start of the week may be, after the 90 minutes the world is back to normal for me and the stress of the day is forgotten. Christin gives you the feeling of being "enough", no matter what state of training you are in or what mood you are in on the day (stressed, happy, sad). I look forward to the yoga class every week and can wholeheartedly recommend the course.

It was a very special day with Christin & Annika!
She simply created a wonderful space with women in which you could simply feel comfortable, safe, valuable and beautiful.

The energy from the workshop was simply so fulfilling for me and I still carry it with me today (2 weeks later).

It was the first time for me to do such exercises and it was very emotional and beautiful at the same time. My expectations were more than exceeded and have awakened in me the desire to deepen these experiences even further.

Her Instagram @christinchudy is also an absolute recommendation. I feel addressed there and have a great feeling about what and how she tells something!

With her workshop Bildschön, Christin has created a wonderful framework in which I was able to connect with women who carry the same difficulties and insecurities as I do. Where before I felt alone, disconnected and an incomplete woman, I am now reconciled, forgiving and empathetic with myself. I feel hopeful and relieved to finally feel fully and properly part of a large feminine community again. This experience has had a lasting effect on me and being able to share the experiences of the other women was particularly important to me. Christin provided a safe space with a feel-good atmosphere in which everyone could open up.

I was able to get to know Christin during a workshop. I was immediately captivated by her warm manner. When I arrived in her rooms, I immediately sensed how much love she puts into every detail. Christin has a wonderful talent for consistently making her clients feel at ease. She creates an atmosphere that makes it easy for every woman to let herself go, even if you are still unsure at first. The whole setting of the wonderful day felt like coming home to me. We laughed, sang, cried and danced together. I will keep this day in my heart forever and am infinitely grateful for everything she gave me and the other women that day!

Christin is INCREDIBLE. She totally picked me up in the first few minutes. Although I'm normally rather cautious and a bit skeptical, her warm, open manner made it really easy for me to let go and open up straight away. The exercises that Christin gave me have had a lasting effect on me. Above all, they didn't just make a difference on the spot - I can integrate many of the things we did and discussed on the spot into my everyday life really well, so that I can keep rekindling the feeling that arose on the day with Christin and continue on my journey. Overall, the workshop was really great and I would attend it again at any time. I will definitely make a note of the next date in my calendar.

Christin is a very empathetic trainer who conveys the topics of female sexuality and pleasure in a very pleasant way and creates a safe space in which everyone feels comfortable. Personally, her courses have brought more self-love, balance and mindfulness into my everyday life. A course still has an effect on me for several days. I can wholeheartedly recommend a course with Christin.
