Of course we have noticed you. All colleagues were in a consultation with customers on the day in question. You just have to wait if no APPOINTMENT has been made. Customers who have an appointment go first and are not interrupted during the consultation. This would not be fair to our customers and would disrupt our consultation flow.
In addition, you stormed out of the office after about 5 minutes.
We are happy to make time for you if the advisors have time spontaneously or if an appointment has been made in advance.

We wanted to fly to Mallorca at the beginning of July. We chose one of the offered hotels in Peguera. The hotel was super from the equipment, the reception, the location and from the Frühdzück and dinner. We also rented a car through the travel agency. This also worked out great. So 5 stars in every category. For short-term queries before the trip could also always be helped by phone or email.
