As I myself had already been affected by less successful change projects in companies, I now wanted to know how to do it properly. In the compact workshop for coaches who want to professionally accompany change processes in companies, it was made clear which methods of the St. Gallen Coaching Model are indicated in which phase of the change (from the actual to the target analysis, through communication to working with managers in the target and problem space). The methodological repertoire included the "most important" aspects of change from the basic course as well as from the business, leadership and master's courses. The whole thing was supported by numerous supplementary materials (notes and worksheets), which can be used directly as a coach, and the enormous wealth of experience of Peter Engel, who led us through the two days in an extremely practical and clear manner.
