David creates not only a personalized T-plan but also a customized E-plan and gives important tips, for example, what accelerates the regeneration of the body (nutrition, supplements,...). In addition, an important and promising approach is mindful (eg mindfulness academy with Peter Beer, enough sleep, etc.) to deal with his body and the environment.
