Das Bootcamp von Coach Kim war eine super Erfahrung. Gefallen hat mir vor allem, dass es so abwechslungsreich war. Neben einem Kraftzirkel gab es z.B. auch eine Yoga Einheit und ein Überraschungsworkout zum Schluss. Das gesunde Essen war ebenfalls ein Highlight.

Professionell, schafft es mich zu motivieren, hat gutes Equipment , man fühlt sich gut beraten.

Ich habe meine Kondition in 3 Monaten verbessert, meine Kraft hat sich stark entwickelt und ich bin ganzheitlich fitter geworden.
Fühle mich wieder eins mit meinem Körper.

Nach der Schwangerschaft ist sie das Beste was meinem Körper passieren konnte.

Obwohl ich schon viel erwartet habe, wurden meine Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Sich auspowern, Spaß haben, super leckeres und noch dazu gesundes Essen, sich neues Wissen aneignen und noch eine tolle Überraschung. Nichts davon kam zu kurz. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Abwechslungsreich; hat Spaß gemacht, sich gemeinsam zu „quälen“; Positiv überrascht von Yoga, da die Dehnungsübungen super waren; viel Spaß hat auch das Box-Training gemacht. Mittagessen war lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Bei. Ernährungsseminar ertappt man sich selbst, was man lieber weglassen sollte:-)
Tag war lang, intensiv aber es hat sich gelohnt
