Coach Marco Schneider is THE power mindset coach for me. And I'm not just saying that, I mean it. Sure, if someone only gets 5-star ratings from me, then the viewer can become a little skeptical as to whether this rating is really "real".
But it is! DOT!
I have never experienced so much knowledge, experience and the ability to convey this in an understandable and sustainable way.
I invested in his six-week Unbreakable coaching and it was worth every euro. I had had other coaches before, but none who had triggered such a strong, lasting, positive, life-changing development in me. And that's what Marco did for me.
If someone really (!) wants to have a lasting change in their life, I can highly recommend Coach Marco Schneider, he knows his trade.

I started coaching with Marco when I was quite unhappy and didn't know exactly what to do. I felt helpless and powerless. I didn't know myself well enough to know what was good for me or not.

The first thing I realized... I am not alone! Another person may have different issues, but there is usually the same core behind them.

Marco's honest and direct communication means that he doesn't beat around the bush, but instead names the issue, which I really liked. With helpful exercises and conversations, I went my own way step by step.

My coaching session was about six months ago and Marco was still always available for me. Even afterwards, I wasn't alone and was able to come back to him. That gave me a lot of support.

Learning something new about yourself is an indescribable feeling. I learned so much about myself, my emotions and how to deal with them. There are still little moments when it just clicks.

My change was not always nice and easy, but it was necessary and I am very glad that I was able to do this coaching and can only recommend it to everyone.

Mr. Schneider was a guest at a training seminar, of which I am currently the director. With the 28 participants, high physical and mental resilience is a basic requirement for passing exams. Mr. Schneider was able to quickly pick up the participants and show them the path to mental strength.

Coach Marco is direct and honest in his statements, but without overstepping personal boundaries. He is with a lot of heart in the matter and also looks caveated behind the scenes. I can only recommend Coach Marco, whether you want to learn more about yourself or have strayed from your own path. I would work with him again any time.

Coach Marco Schneider was now for the second time in our agency on the topic "How to deal with anxiety and stress? ". Once again, it was amazing to see how the colleagues were able to implement the imparted knowledge within this short training period. I know Marco as a trainer and coach. Marco manages to incorporate his clear and direct manner into the conversation very well. He gives impulses in the right places and responds to what is said. Although Marco has a very direct manner, he still manages to accept and make statements value-free.
Personally, Marco was able to help me with real examples and suggestions to actively rethink my training and my approach to conflicts in professional as well as personal relationships and to find solutions to problems.
I can recommend the cooperation with Marco Schneider.
