Because, for example, we know before we place an order that the implementation, handling and result of a print project will be very good, no matter what it is; something we don't usually know, especially in this area. A very congenial team that has not run a single project of ours into the wall in all these years; reliability as a business model is exactly what we absolutely need and therefore appreciate very much.
