I can't say anything about the quality yet, as I only signed the contract a few days ago. The advice on the phone was very good, the lady was very friendly and she was able to answer all my questions. However, I felt a bit pressured into signing a contract. Another negative aspect is that I received an advertising email immediately after signing the contract.
Mr. Heinrich responded very well to my individual wishes and needs and even exceeded my expectations. Mr. Heinrich's explanations are comprehensible and very convincing.
