Photovoltaic panel installation team
Installation deadline met on time. All employees introduced themselves, site manager coordinated the work and kept me informed during the installation. The exhaust air pipe was moved without any problems as agreed. After the work, everything was left clean, including the floor and guttering, packaging material and garbage was disposed of cleanly.

Electrician:
Introduction of staff, Arrived on time, work and cable routes were agreed, I was constantly kept up to date with the work, everything was left clean at the end of the installation.

IBN:
Good contact with approximate arrival time, were even there earlier, with registration. Information about the software sent in advance with the login details. Registration on the inverter done perfectly. Explanations about the system and also instruction in the software.

Miscellaneous:
Requests were taken into account as far as possible. Changes to documents and the sending of requested documents were dealt with promptly.
As requested, the maintenance contract, the warranty extension and the relevant information were sent to me immediately. All open questions were answered by telephone.

Advice was provided on site, unlike many telephone providers. Change requests were also dealt with directly. The installation was completed quickly in two days and the staff were very friendly overall.

Confidence in advice and implementation; no time pressure; completion of all formalities

Our house is covered with Eternit shingles, which, unlike conventional roof tiles, are not mounted in the form of roof battens but on wooden boarding. Because of this deviation from the "usual", we asked a total of 8 (!) regional and national photovoltaic companies for offers for a PV system with battery storage. In the end, all of these companies refused to install a solar system on our roof, which is perfectly south-facing with a 29° pitch. Our last attempt with Coppen, on the other hand, was successful and pleasing from the first to the last day. From the very first telephone contact we were told "We install on all roofs". And that was actually true. With great expertise and composure, Coppen installed a 15kW peak system with 2 inverters and a 10 kWh battery storage system in January 2024. Scaffolding erection and dismantling, DC roof installation and AC electrical installation and commissioning went perfectly on schedule and with great personal commitment from the employees involved. The right fastening elements were procured for our roof and only one shingle was broken - and was of course replaced professionally. Overall, we have not been as satisfied with a company as we were with Coppen for a very long time. The solar installation was not cheap, but we were very pleased that we didn't have to worry about anything at all: Coppen also took care of the official registrations automatically.

From the initial consultation to the realization of the project, we felt that we were in very good hands with Coppen GmbH. Especially in the offer phase, our wishes and queries were taken seriously and answered promptly. There was no pressure to finalize the project, which we found very pleasant.

Right from the start, Coppen presented the project and the associated price transparency in the best possible way. All open questions were answered immediately so that an all-inclusive fixed price could be agreed for our system.

We had a major challenge because our house, built in 1970, still had outdated meter distribution systems and the electrical engineering had to be adapted accordingly. This required discussions with the local energy supplier to get an overview of the work involved.

Many thanks also to the fitters for their excellent and clean work. This was not a matter of course, even with the upcoming temperatures of 30 degrees on the roof. From the erection of the scaffolding and the installation (PV system and meter distribution), everything went according to plan. The system was supplying electricity within a week.

There were small technical challenges from time to time, but these were dealt with by Coppen in the shortest possible time.

I would also like to thank LUXA-GmbH, who carried out the adaptation of the electrical engineering on behalf of Coppen.
