What I liked was the fact that they did not jump right into development, but rather spent time on evaluating the situation from a business and technical standpoint before actually designing the solution. They also took care of the whole web design side of things, including the UI, layout and the general look and feel, not just the backend part. We also had a pretty tight deadline of two months for the first working version and Digital Agency somehow managed to pull together a team and ramp it up just in time. We hit the deadline and kept on trucking from there.

Creative Design 360 helped us develop several of our client facing websites and applications the ones that entail tracking your deliveries, learning the relevant information, and being in sync with us. We were particularly impressed by their responsiveness and devotion to detail, not rushing to get things done. Their expertise was unquestionable, from the outset through to the end.

Frankly, I was initially skeptical that an agency dealing with such spheres as design and marketing would be able to do each of these jobs properly, but, as one can see, it managed to succeed at both. The design and the growth plan integrated with each other perfectly, as there were no contradictions between them. Today, as a result of the agency’s work, we have achieved a significant improvement in numbers, not only design.

Creative design 360 pulled it off for us, and we were able to successfully realize our idea of an app that would allow retail shareholders to have a bigger say. They used their vast knowledge of the technical and UX sides of the development to challenge our ideas and assumptions about the user experience. Finally, regarding the technical part of the development, we wanted to launch the product on both Android and iPhone simultaneously.
