As an expert for resilience and stress management, I help companies, teams and individuals to find their individual, context-related way out of exhaustion and towards more balance - for an increase in personal quality of life, stable corporate... culture, appreciative communication and organizational fitness. I work both psychotherapeutically and as a coach. As a non-medical practitioner of psychotherapy, the focus of my work is the alleviation of stress-related disorders: Exhaustion, depression, anxiety or sleep disorders. Coaching is usually about strengthening inner resilience in order to stay better balanced in everyday life.
Ms. Cremasco is flexible to the needs of the participants. Even though there was the short-term transfer to an online course in April thanks to Corona, I felt personally addressed and picked up. Gladly again.
I have now participated in a mega awesome workshop by Julia. It was about mindfulness for beginners and it was just the right mix of theory, exchange and exercises. At first I was really suspicious, thought that it was too esoteric. But it wasn't. I understood what mindfulness is about and how it can help me with my stress. Overall, I took away a lot!!! Worth it!
Ms. Cremasco is truly a stress expert. She has extensive experience, knows many methods and is really good at teaching. The appointments do me unreserved good. Sometimes I am impatient because it takes longer than I would like. But I have understood that real change takes time. So if you are looking for inner balance, Ms. Cremasco is the right person for you.
I am glad that I found Mrs. Cremasco at that time. Before, I had not had a good experience with a psychotherapist (who is actually a doctor). I can only advise everyone to look carefully to see if it fits from a human point of view. And with Mrs. Cremasco it was and is super. She takes her time, listens, has no prejudices or preconceived opinions. She gives me good impulses in every hour, which help me to take the next step. In a word: It is so wonderfully human in the lessons. And on an equal footing. Nothing is worse than being looked down upon. Yes, the lessons cost money. But it is worth it! If you want to change something, really change something, then Ms. Cremasco is the right person for you. I can recommend her without reservation.
This damn Corona time has thrown me off track quite a bit. But the good thing is: Ms. Cremasco always finds ways! Now we temporarily meet online for coaching. That works really well. I can really only recommend it!
Brilliant workshop this weekend! I am always very hectic and stressed. The mindfulness workshop taught me what I can do to better manage stress. The handout with all the exercises is top notch. I am totally motivated to continue. THANK YOU!
I would like to thank Ms. Cremasco for thinking and feeling with me, for creatively responding to all that I spontaneously bring to the lessons. It is always helpful to let her look at my problems. She has ideas that I don't come up with myself. And sometimes it helps just to be able to complain for a while.
Mrs. Cremasco always supports me to look at things differently, to understand myself better. Mrs. Cremasco has supported me very much in the difficult times and helped me not to give up. Thank you very much for a lot of great advice and exercises, for always having an open ear for me!
"Experience good and talk about it" :) I would like to support the great work of Mrs. Cremasco with my recommendation on this platform. I am not a regular client, I am not burdened by a complex mental illness. On the other hand, I enjoy coaching very much - and exclusively online, as I travel a lot because of my job. It is incredibly good to have a neutral person - "my" Mrs. Cremasco - in the background with whom I can discuss situations and also strategies. Friends, family, work colleagues all have their goals, also with regard to me. My coach, on the other hand, is objective. You don't have to be afraid of technology, I think. I meet Ms. Cremasco online via a video conference call. The only thing that takes some getting used to is the way you look at things: You tend to look at the screen rather than the camera eye, so you tend to look away rather than at yourself. But I can live with that. I can only recommend to everyone that they get such a neutral authority into their lives. In the USA, this is almost standard practice. Ms. Cremasco brings a lot of know-how and life experience to the table! Thumbs up!
Mindfulness is THE topic for me this year. I realize there is a very important key for me and I am so glad I took the 3 hour workshop with Julia. I've been chickening around with stress issues for a while now, but have too often passed the buck to the outside world. Now I understand that I have to stay active myself. That's the only way something can change. Mindfulness was and is a good tool for me.
Great workshop! Totally suitable for me as a beginner, entertaining brought across. With a lot of humor. I have really taken a lot with me in terms of mindfulness. will definitely stay on the ball. Hopefully there is still a place for me in the deepening workshop!!!
I always look forward to my appointments, even if they are sometimes emotionally painful for me. But there is finally someone, that is, Mrs. Cremasco, who gives me space, who listens, who shows understanding. That feels so good! I can recommend therapy with her to anyone who is looking for a therapist who listens 100%. My therapists before, who were able to bill me through the health insurance, were somehow always only half on the job, so that I only served time there. I prefer to pay for the therapy myself and feel that something is actually developing in my life.
I was and am particularly satisfied with the so individual approach of Ms. Cremasco. She adapts 100% to me and develops approaches together with me. I would always recommend her because of her enormous experience!
It is so good to have found Mrs. Cremasco. She is so clear and always has a good plan "in her pocket" (even when I come to the appointment with an unexpected event). She is really something like a mountain guide for me, showing me the way to myself. All those shallow advice books I found in masses in the bookstore did nothing. Working consistently with Ms. Cremasco is exactly what I need. Thank you!
It took me years to understand that I was not living the life I wanted to live. Ms. Cremasco was exactly the right mentor to clean up some of my patterns. I can recommend the work with her to all those who really want to change something!
Last Saturday I participated in the workshop of Julia. 3 hours of mindfulness. The time flew by, the voice is awesome. I took away a lot for myself and am already eager to practice a little mindfulness every day. Hopefully I will get a spot in the immersion workshop in 2019!!!
I participated in two great workshops by Julia. 3 hours of mindfulness and resilience. Quite great and so comprehensive! With the handouts I now have "homework" for at least the next half year. Looking forward to it! And her voice... I really hope she has a podcast coming out soon.
Yesterday I had another lesson with Mrs. Cremasco. And I am so grateful that I found her! Finally someone who really understands how I feel. Finally, someone who doesn't sit in an ivory tower like a professor and talk smart. Finally, someone who is empathetic and visibly feels about the matter at hand, i.e. my therapy. I'm so sick of them, the smart academics who write even smarter books without ever really having lived what they talk about. And what is almost the most important thing for me: Finally someone with whom I can be the way I am!
I don't like to talk about my problems and confess to someone that I am in therapy, even though it totally helps me. In my early 20s, I think I'm just too young for therapy. And that's why I think this is great. So I can say anonymously: Let Julia help you. It helps a lot. I'm getting along much better in my training now and I don't let a lot of trouble get to me like that anymore. Thumbs up!
I just had another lesson with Mrs. Cremasco. It's like she says on your site: she supports me, but I have to go myself. I had to understand that first. But it is really so! Now I have understood that I (and really only I) have to become active so that something changes. At first I tried to understand everything through my head. Now I know that this is not enough. And that's why I always do my exercises diligently. This changes something, I feel it now after 4 hours. I will definitely stay with it and continue.
