Mr. Ludwig is always available and if this is not possible due to a parallel phone call, he calls back promptly. Despite a high workload, he always remains sovereign and friendly and tries to solve problems as quickly as possible. We can recommend Mr. Ludwig and his CRMPro GmbH in any case, because in the IT industry it is not self-evident that you can always reach someone who is then also helpful without long waiting times.
