My MG4 Luxury, which was delivered in July 2023, obviously has software problems. After an initial update in November 2023, it was no better. As the list of defects grew longer and longer, I asked for a new appointment at the beginning of December, which I could only get for January 15, 2024 for capacity reasons. On this day, my complaints were recorded, but at the same time I was told that there would be no qualified employee available to deal with the matter in the next few days/weeks. I went back home with the promise that the garage would call me as soon as they could. 10 days later, the garage called back and recommended that I speak to the salesman at the time, who was very familiar with the car. He said that he could certainly help me with a remote diagnosis, because it was probably just an operating error. During the phone call, the salesman offered to take the car to Bernau for another software update.
However, I didn't want to drive this long distance. So I called Hohenschönhausen again on January 30 and asked to speak to the service manager responsible. Unfortunately, this was not possible. Once again, I was promised a callback....
A vehicle that doesn't keep its promises is of no use. I had opted for the more expensive Luxury variant because of the "great software". If the problems cannot be solved, I would like to return the vehicle.

Since day 1 you get your personal advisor/agent, who is available via SMS/WhatsApp or by phone call. The interaction was always very professional, but also relaxed, friendly and personal.
I bought the Hyundai i20N (new car) and am overwhelmed. It is much more extreme (in a positive way) and more powerful than what you see in videos. The driving experience is amazing.
The price/performance is a 10/10! With other brands you can only get the same thing from 40,000 euros, whereby the i20N fully equipped is rounded up at 32,000 euros. Workmanship TOP, sound TOP, sound system TOP, service TOP - I can highly recommend the dealership in Hohenschönhausen!

I came to Autohaus Schimmel in Spandau by chance. I had a very friendly and detailed conversation with Mr. Kariton. The Hyundai i10 I was interested in was then brought from Lichtenberg to Spandau. After a test drive and inspection by my "old garage", I decided to buy. The purchase process was very uncomplicated. I had been able to give my old car in payment. This also went smoothly!
After I drove my new car for a week, I had many questions, which Mr. Kariton answered very friendly, detailed and competent. I would and will definitely recommend the dealership.

My name is Rainer Krüger and I had ordered my hydrogen vehicle Hyundai Nexo for 20,000 km inspection at CSB in Hohenschönhausen! The organization of the administration of the telephone appointment, the vehicle acceptance with order opening as well as the handover of the vehicle after the workshop run with all organizational details to be processed, was work with high quality! By the processing of necessary service actions (of course, the parts had been ordered after the telephone appointment), now also no control lamps lit up, the vehicle ran 1a and was from the ambience, like a new car! I bought my car (value: over 50,000€) in the Spandau branch a few weeks ago.
Have noticed that water collects between the driver's door and frame and am there yesterday to discuss the issue with the workshop master.
After this has me there more than 20 min wait, I am told that for bodywork problems I am to HOHENSCHÖNHAUSEN!
The workshop master is boniert, autocratic and the most unfriendly thing I have experienced so far.
Will certainly not buy a car again there let alone bring my car to the workshop!

I actually wanted a Hyundai, but 9 months waiting time was too long. Then Mr. Bast offered me the Eclipse Cross PHEV and arranged a test drive. After that the decision was made, it should be him. Now I have already bought the fifth car from Mr. Bast in Bernau. At least one more to come.

The colleagues in the workshop have no idea about electric cars. I was there four times in 2 weeks with my car and they could not or would not help me or listen. Each time only a SW update was made, although it was clear that it will not bring. The error reappeared immediately after pickup. If you can't charge an electric car or the charge stops you can't use it. But they didn't care about that. Also on my hint that the nearest HPC charger is 1.5km away to readjust my error, comes only the answer, "for this we have no time". I am a service provider myself and cannot afford to do this to my customers.
I was directly afterwards in another Hyundai workshop, where I was treated very well from the beginning and errors were found directly during the readout ...

I was particularly impressed with Mr. Bina during my last repair. The conscientious examination of the cause of the fault showed that it was a warranty case. That naturally strengthened my trust in the workshop.

I bought a car at the Schimmel dealership and assumed that, especially in this day and age, a small "give away" would bind the customer to the dealership. It could also have been the charging card for a discounted charging rate. Nothing of the kind. I know that other car dealerships (Hyundai, etc.) practice them this way. Since nowadays electric cars are not exactly cheap, I assumed, as it is common in car dealerships in Potsdam, for example. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and there was only the usual bottle of champagne, instead of a mobile charger. Here should be improved after. I would recommend the dealership further, but with the reference to what I just wrote.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Afterwards and due to further information, the negative impression remains that an expensive, possibly unnecessary repair was made, which would not have been necessary to that extent. Disappointing was also to some extent the associated advice and service. I was a long-time customer. My trust is gone and I will look for another workshop.

After plenty of info from the Internet, I entered the dealership at Genslerstr.72 on 13.06.22.
My goal, the purchase of an Eclipse Cross PHEV Plus with Select package. I was referred to a salesman, introduced myself and said :" If all goes well, sell a new car in the next few minutes". Completely unimpressed by my statement, calmness personified, matter-of-fact, competent and without the often so common "salesman posturing" the good man took my data, asked about my wishes, then dryly told me: "Your dream vehicle is behind you".
PAFF
That's how he is...Mr. Rein...salesman with no frills.
A little more writing and the deal was perfect. AND NOW THE HAKEN....Tageszulassung...means the car remains until October still in the store.
Since patience and wait rather do not occur in my vocabulary, I was of course not thrilled but iss halt so.
The trade-in of my old vehicle was after a short examination by workshop staff also
immediately. (Was however not needed. I sold the Fz after 4 weeks privately).
Patience and wait we had already...I ordered thus already times plentifully auxiliary equipment.
All-season tires. Delivered directly to the dealership, mounted ready.
I was able to use the vehicle to have a trailer hitch installed.
Seat covers, load edge, floor mats, roof rack and various accessories I could install.
And even a planned short vacation (4 days) to start with it (had no more Fz).
Do you know a car dealership that makes these things possible?????? I do not so far.

The service life of brake discs and pads depends on the model, among other things. In addition, they are subjected to different loads on the front and rear axles, so not all brakes necessarily need to be replaced at the same time.
In general, however, brake discs have a longer life expectancy than the less expensive brake pads: high-quality discs last between 100,000 and 150,000 km, while pads only last about 50,000 km.

In our vehicle after 18TK after tele-. Agreement the pads are worn out, so they can not continue driving exchanged. There would have been according to TÜV Nord still good 32TK in it. The wear is due to the way my fr. brakes. One creates fear and discomfort, one is forced to agree to this proposal as a woman and layman, without even being able to take a look at the brakes. There the question arises! Are additional turnovers and incomes generated here possibly.
With our second vehicle we are with scarcely 70TK and it are still the first linings in it. Also here my Fr. occasionally drives the vehicle.

After consultation with the workshop. One put me, after a waiting time of about 30-40min a few documents, which are supposed to come from the vehicle of my wife. These could be from vehicle XYZ. This is no proof, rather a sleight of hand of the cheap kind. If one already tries to make cash, then with overview. Actually the amount of 131,24 € is to be taken. But with the idea, that happens several times a day, in most workshops. Then that strikes already times sourly on.
Merchant honor looks different, because the customer is king.
Whether this way is suitable for customer loyalty ?????????????????????????????????

The first time we contacted for a purchase of a new car. The test drive did not take place because no appointment was offered for it.
After buying a Tuscon, we booked an appointment by phone, which did not happen because the system did not know the date.
On 07/06/2022 we finally had the appointment at the shop for the initial inspection which was done. The haptics are updated. The update of the navigation as well as the teaching of the tire pressure have not been carried out, as I learned at the checkout. Why the orders have not been carried out, although it is a new car with 10000 km mileage in the warranty period, was not explained to me. Although I left Mr. Moltmann two messages, I was not called.
Please clarify how the car can be repaired.

We chose a Mitsubishi Space Star and found it at Autohaus Schimmel. Called Tel and made an appointment. After several calls..... no call back. Two days later we bought the same model in Frankfurt Oder at Autohaus Möbus for 16300 euros. Möbus is better and also sell cars, please pay attention,,Autoos and not appointments that are not kept. And that several times. Mold no.

The car dealership in Bernau does not manage to cancel test drive appointments, even though they know days in advance that the car is not available. Furthermore, the employees don't get back to me even though they have agreed to do so for several days. To be honest, I would never buy a car from this dealership again. And this extremely poor service cannot be excused by the pandemic.
