- arbeitet mit einer Vielzahl von Tools die echt nützlich sind, wenn man sie einbindet und Anwenderfreundlich dem Kunden zur Verfügung stellt
- zu individuellen Strukturen wird man achtsam gecoacht
- effektive Strategien zur Zielerreichung werden zusammen erarbeitet und kontrolliert
- Ermutigung aus der eigenen Komfortzone herauszutreten mit wirklich konstruktivem Feedback
- die Zusammenarbeit ist sehr strukturiert, sowohl beim Hausbesuch als auch beim Zoom Coaching
- es wird eine umfassende Begleitung und Überprüfung des Programms angeboten, mit dem man arbeitet u.v.m.
