I have used Culpa 3 times in the last few years. In the first 2 cases I had a competent and cooperative contact person and was therefore very satisfied.
A recent 3rd case was unfortunately only very poorly processed and the competent and cooperative contact persons were unfortunately also no longer there.
My trust in Culpa is unfortunately no longer too great.
