It has a good mix of factual court knowledge and practical examples. It was exciting enough that you could pay attention until the end. There were also relevant documents afterwards such as a better version of an employment contract.

Ms. Westphal is serious and professional at the same time (incredible expertise and experience). Her program is kpl individually tailored. She is on her toes and takes her job/vocation very seriously. The 24h support is top notch and in some situations also really necessary.... She sets goals together and keeps them focused. And finally I have learned to motivate myself, even in times when things don't always go according to plan. I have learned a lot about myself and have become (hopefully ;-)) a better person. Ms. Westphal supported me in preparing for my final oral exam with her expertise and many years of experience as an examiner for HR specialists at the IHK. She was very keen to give constructive feedback and, with great attention to detail, shed light on different perspectives and aspects that would certainly have otherwise remained hidden from me. I took the online course on employment law and employment contracts from Ms. Westphal and can only recommend it to every HR manager/entrepreneur. The course gives detailed information about all the important components of an employment contract and refers especially to the many innovations that came in 2022. Especially for people who want to check their contracts themselves or simply have a better understanding, this is brilliant.
The course is super structured and easy to understand and even equipped with many formulation aids.
1A product that I can recommend without reservation!
