After half a day with Daniel, you are simultaneously exhausted and full of energy. Lots of questions pop into your head and you are willing to keep going, to keep asking, to keep learning. For many of the things he explains, he provides great examples/pictures that make the "words" even clearer (like the "snow globe").

My expectations of the seminar "Secrets of Communication" were exceeded by far. Daniel Hoch manages to respond sensitively and appreciatively to the individual needs of all! participants (nine in this case). His information and impulses were profound and at an extremely high level of expertise for me, who am absolutely no novice in this field. I am deeply impressed!

The time frame of the course was completely appropriate, the main topics were topical and vital. Daniel addressed personal issues and involved the course participants. He managed to give me clarity myself and to become aware of certain things again, to resilience.
He showed me recipes for success and helped me to solve problems.
A friendly and competent appearance led to a successful training course for me with a lasting effect.
I would definitely recommend the course to help with time management.

I felt there was a lack of a common thread, the presentation jumped from topic to topic. It was also not entirely clear to me until the end what is actually meant by "head cinema", I did not get a clear picture of it from the topics mentioned. Perhaps a definition at the beginning would have been good and would also have helped to better understand the connection between the individual topics.

I was a bit confused after the seminar. Daniel asked questions that force you to think. I mean that in a positive way. I'm already looking forward to the second part. I would also like to take advantage of personal coaching to develop personally, become more relaxed and get a different perspective.

I found it remarkable that you could tell from the movement of the foot when someone was internally calling out "stop" on certain topics.
The way it was communicated was also great.
Day 2 or a higher level of the basics would be desirable.

You can tell that Daniel already has a lot of experience and very good people skills.
That's exactly what I expect from a good coach. He also said right at the beginning that he likes to "provoke" people in order to get them to come out of their shell, but if it's enough, he accepts it without hesitation.
I found it very exciting to learn a bit more about the different personalities and, of course, to reflect on myself as a result.
