The two-week intensive training course to become a children’s and youth coach with Daniel Paasch exceeded my expectations. It was an excellent blend of theory and practice, combined with neuroscience-based methods, which he presented in a way that was engaging, easy to understand, and often even humorous—despite the seriousness and, at times, the weighty nature of the subject matter. There was also room for personal growth on a professional level. I am very glad I chose the IPE training with Daniel and am now well-prepared to work with children and adolescents. The KiCo training was a deeply personal journey for me in every way and an incredibly valuable “gift” to myself.
So much makes sense now; theory and practice were well balanced, and there were always knowledgeable people on hand to help.
Daniel Paasch simply knows how to engage participants on the subject matter and convey technical knowledge in a way that’s easy yet lasting—it was just fun to learn from him!

At first, I was hesitant about the high cost for such a relatively short period of time, but the Children’s and Youth Coach program, as it is presented, is worth every penny. Of course, I would love to spend even more time in Daniel’s program, but his methods and his entire approach to teaching the material are effective and impactful. I am filled with knowledge, light, and great confidence. It’s truly wonderful what we’re being taught so that we can pass it on to children and young people, thereby making the world a little friendlier and brighter every day.

The KiCo training was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
The positive impact I can make with it is simply incredible!
I wholeheartedly recommend this training. Not only do others benefit from it, but I myself have been able to grow and flourish.
If only there were more teachers like Daniel Paasch in schools—it would change the way we think and act ❤️

The training was, first and foremost, a journey of self-discovery, allowing me to authentically guide children and young people on their own journeys of self-discovery. Through my own journey, I can understand what my coachee is going through. I experienced many magical moments during the training. The training has been a tremendous asset to me and my personal journey. Daniel conveys everything with such ease. Thanks to his vivid language, I was able to easily absorb and understand a lot of material and had some fun moments. It’s definitely a personal asset, and when I share what I’ve experienced and learned with the world, I’ll make it a little bit brighter.

Daniel Paasch is a fascinating “teacher.” Thanks to brain-based learning and his interesting methods and content, the sessions never feel boring or tedious—instead, time just flies by. Finally, practical methods that are easy to implement. Daniel and his team are very engaged, take a genuine interest in each individual, and are simply top-notch both professionally and personally.
For me, this training has been and continues to be a journey of personal growth; I’ve been able to “let go” of my own mental blocks and work through limiting beliefs, so I’m eagerly looking forward to seeing how things unfold.

The most valuable experience I’ve had during my training. Daniel and the entire IPE team are wonderfully thoughtful and attentive.
