On my way to more mobility, health and weight loss, I met Daniel at a workshop and then signed up for individual coaching. It was an exciting 8 weeks, through which Daniel accompanied me super. It was the start of a sustainable change: in the meantime, exercise routines have been integrated into my everyday life, I have reduced my weight, my eating habits have been changed and much more. Daniel also helped me mentally to become looser and lighter - in my private and professional life. With Daniel's help, I have finally found the way to implement all this permanently.
