In August 2025, my daughter, then 17, attended the Young Leadership Academy in Florida, and that one week made a bigger impact than we could have imagined. There, goals weren’t just discussed—they were brought to life. The combination of activities, challenges, team spirit, and the deep conversations and coaching with Frank sparked exactly what she was still missing: motivation, clarity, and a vision of what her own path could look like.
