We have been using the program for about two and a half years and would like to leave detailed feedback.
According to our usage, the minimalistic approach is the most important thing, which allows efficient work. Thanks to the well-designed structure of the program, which avoids unnecessary detours in the editing process, it runs very quickly. There are no annoying waiting times, and all commands run smoothly.
The customer service should also be emphasized, as it definitely exceeds the standard performance. In all cases, our questions were answered promptly. A lot of time is taken and very clearly explained, so that it is understandable even for people who are not so technically inclined.
It should be noted that we do not use the program for painting. This shows that it can be used just as well in individual adaptation to the company's orientation. In our context, the administrative efforts have definitely been eased and optimized thanks to the program and we will continue to use it for our processes with pleasure.
