Filling out the website is far too complicated. The overview is often missing. In the meantime I know better how to display my open topics (not the ones from the DS expert) - but I didn't know that for a long time. In some places the system is also too inflexible, e.g. password policy. Our IT expert has a better password policy from his point of view so provided by you, but it is different. We can't specify that anywhere.
You also don't know what is important, what is less important. This became clear to me only in the conversation, which now took place after about 1.5 years. So I see effectively some room for improvement in the system.
