We did lead and contact nurturing manually before working with Everprop - so the occasional newsletter and traditional resubmission.
But that's no longer enough these days. There is often too much time between the initial contact and the actual sale, and you quickly fall into oblivion.
When David showed us his solution, we were thrilled from the start. It was important to us that it takes as little time as possible, that serious content is sent and, of course, that it works.
With the contact scoring and the owner filter, the guys are worlds ahead of comparable providers.
Even though you have to have a long-term mindset when it comes to contact management, we've been able to get additional owner inquiries out of our contacts in the last few weeks that we can attribute directly to email marketing.
Now I have the assurance that - without my intervention - every contact is taken care of in the long run. And best of all, the solution is ours.
With so many online marketing vendors out there, it's hard to find someone professional. We've been working with David for a few months now and I highly recommend him and Everprop (and do so regularly 😉 )
