The trainings were very inspiring. David is a person who can not only inspire, but can also convey complex, demanding content in a super great way.
His empathy for the different personalities of the seminar participants and his intuition to tickle the best out of everyone have inspired me.
And no matter what questions we had: He always had a competent answer which was often supplemented by sketches and digressions. In many cases there was enrichment that went beyond the actual seminar topic.
David has a wide-ranging expertise and the ability to convey knowledge like I have hardly experienced before.

In David Tan, I have met a consultant and trainer who understands like no other how to convey complicated business facts in such a simple and memorable way.
The principle and the relevant key figures of value-based management within 30 minutes "live on stage" with the help of a flipchart (without PowerPoint slides!) from Mr. Tan entertaining & concise comprehensively conveyed, is simply very impressive. What is really great is that you can still remember the "stories and the core messages" long time after the training.

Hello,

At the end of 2019 until the middle of 2020, I was allowed to participate in a further training, which was mainly accompanied by Mr. Tan. Mr. Tan managed to keep the attention of the participants at a very high level through his different use of methods. If necessary, he also addressed individual questions outside of the learning plan and impressed with his immense expertise. By using practical examples, he simplified the participants' understanding of complex material. The involvement of the participants very quickly created a trusting atmosphere in the group. In the course of the training, there were various experts and lectures on different subject areas, but Mr. Tan's lectures outshone all others. I would always recommend Mr. Tan and participate again in a training conducted by him.
